Founder and President

Founder and president Keith Bowermaster is a seasoned executive who specializes in strategic communications and change management. For over thirty years, he has excelled at developing effective communication strategies, managing crises, and influencing diverse audiences.

He has led strategic marketing communications and crisis management, helping companies tell their stories to the right audiences. His expertise spans proactive and reactive media relations, writing, and account management.

Prior to launching The Modig Group, Keith held executive roles within corporations and agencies, providing strategic counsel for internal, external, and crisis communications.

With a master’s in liberal studies, a bachelor's in public relations, and accreditations in Public Relations and Change Management, Keith offers a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical expertise. He is committed to driving superior communication outcomes and fostering positive stakeholder relationships.

As an adjunct professor, Keith shares his knowledge with future professionals, highlighting his dedication to nurturing the next generation of communication leaders. He believes in the power of narrative, strategic planning, and adaptable leadership in today’s fast-paced world.
